Annual Halloween Costume Contest & Trick or Treating

Join the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee for its Annual Costume Contest! (Formerly Costume Parade)

Register at the stage anytime between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., then Trick or Treat at the participating Downtown Businesses. (Stage is located on Pennington Avenue by the old Visitors Center).

This year’s winners will be announced and brought up on stage at 7:15 p.m.

NOTE: This does not replace traditional Trick or Treating on Thursday, October 31.
