Join the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee for its Annual Costume Contest! (Formerly Costume Parade)
Register at the stage anytime between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., then Trick or Treat at the participating Downtown Businesses. (Stage is located on Washington Street at Congress Avenue.)
This year’s winners will be announced and brought up on stage at 7:15 p.m.
NOTE: This does not replace traditional Trick or Treating on Thursday, October 31.
