The HDG Extreme Boat Dockin’ & Riverfront Festival is now the major fundraising event for a new community nonprofit HDGinBloom led by Theresa Riedal-Ray (owner of Water Street Seafood). The festival’s organizers Theresa Ray, Josh Argentino and Lindsay Jones are excited to bring such an incredible event to Havre de Grace!
