Arts By The Bay Gallery at 307 St. John Street in Havre De Grace, Maryland is excited to announce a secret. Arts By The Bay Gallery(and 24 other businesses in the area) will be participating in the Best Kept Secret Spring Tour from April 25 thru May 11,2024. Tour hours: Mon-Thu 10-5, Fri/Sat 10-6, Sun 12-5 (normally closed Tue) 410-939-1818. To participate in the tour and receive fabulous prizes you first need to purchase a ticket.
