Celebrate Harford County Art Week in Havre de Grace Take a one hour+ tour on the Havre de Grace "Tide" trolley and visit our many public art sites throughout the City. Havre de Grace kicks off the holiday season with our 2023 Holly Jolly Parade and Tree Lighting! The parade starts at Union Avenue at St. John Street and continues onto Washington Street before ending at Congress Avenue. After the parade, Santa Claus will help Mayor Martin light the tree live on stage at Rochambeau Plaza, and Santa Land  opens for visits with the Big Guy. There's room for everyone on the nice list!

The City of Havre de Grace is hosting TWO separate raffles with our Downtown Merchants, one on Friday, December 8 from 6-8 p.m. and one on Saturday, December 16 from 5-7 p.m. during the our Holly Jolly Days. Anyone who spends $20 or more per participating businesses will receive one raffle ticket from that shop or restaurant.
