Havre de Grace Author Launches New Book
A Havre de Grace author was featured in the Cecil Whig publication her upcoming launch of “Children in the City of Czars” on December 3rd. The book is a novel but many of the elements of Irmgarde Brown’s latest book are based of what she knows of the life of orphans and street children in Russia.
