Recharge & refresh at Battery Island Brewing Company! All abilities are welcome to this 60 minute session as modifications are offered throughout. A beverage of your choice will be included & provided after the class.
LIMITED CAPACITY: Tickets are $20 and must be purchased before the event.
TO BRING: Water, comfortable loose clothing & an exercise mat. Blankets & props (strap, block, etc) are optional but not required. If you need to borrow any equipment, please get in touch before the day.
