ICE ROYALTY Parade and Contest

Part of the Havre de Grace Ice Festival, the Ice Royalty Parade kicks off the festivities Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM following the “A Wickedly Frozen Ice Festival” performance.
Children 10 and under dress as their favorite fairytale or fantasy prince or princess and join the parade at the Havre de Grace Visitor’s Center where they will march to the State Theatre. As they cross the stage, the Ice Festival’s distinguished judges will choose one lucky child to be crowned Ice Royalty 2026. They will be invited to appear at several 2026 Havre de Grace events and parades during the upcoming year as the official Ice Festival representative. Each contestant receives a thank you gift for participating. Winner receives the official ICE crown, trophy, and a multiple prize gift package.
