Harford County Civil Rights Tour

The Harford County NAACP and the Harford Civil Rights Project (HCRP) have joined forces to create an experience that includes understanding and visiting several sites in Havre de Grace, Aberdeen and Bel Air that are part of our County’s civil rights history.
