Join us on Sunday October 30, in downtown Havre de Grace to celebrate Halloween. Wear your Best Costume to enter the HdG Recreation Committee Costume Contest Registration is from 4pm- 6pm, winners will be announced at 6pm…. Trick or Treat through the downtown business from 4pm- 6pm.
