The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee has the best Costume Contest in the County! (Formerly Costume Parade) Register at The Havre de Grace Visitor Center between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and then Trick o' Treat the Downtown Businesses. The winners will be announced and brought up on stage that evening at 7:30 PM. (This does not replace traditional Trick o' Treating on October 31st)
