    The historic Baltimore Mandolin Orchestra, founded in 1924, will perform a public concert featuring "In the Pouring Rain" by Interim Director Joel Michael-Schwartz and an eclectic mix of classical music, marches, rags, concert dances, pop tunes, and original compositions for mandolin orchestra at historic St. John’s Episcopal Church in Havre de Grace.
