Recharge & refresh at Battery Island Brewing Company! All abilities are welcome to this low pressure 60 minute session as modifications are offered throughout. A beverage of your choice will be provided after the class when you can meet friends, order lunch, play games and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere.
LIMITED CAPACITY: Tickets must be purchased before the event.
TO BRING: Water, comfortable loose clothing & an exercise mat. Blankets & props (strap, block, etc.) are optional but not required. If you need to borrow any equipment, please get in touch before the day.
