Recharge and refresh at Battery Island Brewing Company! All abilities are welcome to this event as modifications are offered throughout. A beverage of your choice will be included and provided after the class.
LIMITED CAPACITY: Tickets are $20 and should be purchased before the event.
TO BRING: Water, comfortable loose clothing and an exercise mat. Blankets and props (strap, block, etc) are optional but not required. If you need to borrow any equipment, please get in touch before the day and we will be happy to supply it.
