Join the Havre de Grace Youth Commission for the Annual Refuel for School Youth Festival featuring inflatable bumper cars, wrecking ball, obstacle course, and DJ dance party! Activities are free to participate. Free school supplies will be given out while supplies last. Get there early! Enjoy the fun! Activities family friendly geared towards Grades 3 to 12.
