Having opened for the National Symphony (DC, Fall ‘21), toured various parts of the US, played the Charm City Django Fest and elsewhere, we showcase Hot Club of Baltimore as the 2nd half of our Maryland Rising Stars show.
Hot Club of Baltimore features phenomenal vocalist Alexis Tantau in classic jazz songs (French and English) performed in the authentic style of the original Hot Club of France, created by legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt in the 1930’s. Additionally, the band will perform bossa nova and contemporary songs done in this beautiful acoustic guitar format led by acclaimed guitarist, Michael Joseph Harris. Connor Holdridge will be playing rhythm guitar and Blake Meister will be on double bass.
