Arts By The Bay Gallery at 307 St. John Street in Havre De Grace, Maryland is excited to present a fun holiday workshop on Saturday, December 16 from 10:00 to 2:00. Make your own holiday decoupage jar to use as a candleholder, candy jar, or give as a gift. All supplies and expert instruction for the cost of $20. Must be 12 yrs. old or older to participate.
