Join us for a beautiful evening watching the lighted boats cruise along the Havre de Grace shoreline. Watch while enjoying dinner at one of our fabulous restaurants or bring your lawn chairs and watch from a public park. Judging and announcing will be held at Frank Hutchins Memorial Park, 100 Congress St. Restrooms are available.
