2023 Mardi Gras Parade in Havre de Grace

Our annual Mardi Gras Parade lights up the city as it travels down Bourbon Street (of course!) to Washington Street and ends at the American Legion on St. John Street. This is a family-friendly event, so bundle up and bring the kiddos. Beads, toys, chocolate coins, and more will be in abundance! Everyone is sure to go home happy.
Parade begins at 6:00 PM behind the STAR Centre on Bourbon Street and lasts about an hour. The grandstand with emcee will be positioned at Rochambeau Plaza next to Concord Point Coffee. Stop by and vote for your favorite float!
NEW THIS YEAR: The beautiful Princess Tiana is coming all the way up from New Orleans to Celebrate FAT TUESDAY with us in Havre de Grace! Look for her at the front of the parade with our very own Mayor Martin.
