Canton Kayak Club comes to Havre De Grace
Starting May 2026, Canton Kayak Club (CKC) will offer a new service location from Frank J. Hutchins Memorial park! CKC offers community members an affordable and convenient way to get out on the water from early May through October and a way to connect to the local paddling community.
Canton Kayak Club is a Maryland non-profit that offers seasonal access memberships to shared kayaks, paddles and life jackets from launch sites from Annapolis to the Susquehanna River. Unlike kayak rentals, our kayaks can be used from sunrise to sunset, as launch sites are not staffed. Instead, all members complete training once, prior to using club gear. Training sessions run from mid-April to mid-September at least once a week from central locations in/near Baltimore.
