The Havre de Grace Visitor Center
The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee has the best Costume Contest in the County! (Formerly Costume Parade)
Register at The Havre de Grace Visitor Center between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and then Trick o’ Treat the Downtown Businesses.
The winners will be announced and brought up on stage that evening at 7:30 PM.
(This does not replace traditional Trick o’ Treating on October 31st)
