Concord Point Park

Home to the iconic Concord Point Lighthouse and Keeper’s House, with the Decoy Museum and Maritime Museum just steps away. Concord Point Park also hosts many festivals throughout the year.

Take a stroll along the ¾ mile long Havre de Grace Promenade (boardwalk) along the water, which connects this park with Millard Tydings park

Millard Tydings Memorial Park


Overlooking the City Yacht Basin, Tydings Park boasts a playground with equipment appropriate for children of all ages, including a swaying pirate ship, lighthouse slide and swing sets.

This park also has picnic tables and charcoal grills available to the public, perfect for an impromptu cookout – and even has two pickle ball courts!

 

Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park

Often referred to as “Hutchins Park”, this waterfront park is a popular park for public fishing – no permits are required for fishing year round from dawn to dusk.  Free public restrooms are also available onsite. 

 

North Park Loop/Joe K Trail


Starting along the water’s edge at the Lock House Museum, the North Park Loop–better known as the Joe K Trail–takes hikers along the river and through the woods. The flat, 1.5 mile loop is appropriate for all ages and ability levels.

 

David Craig Park

A quiet area to picnic or sit and look out over the water, David Craig Park includes the Sgt. Alfred B. Hilton Memorial in honor of Harford County’s only Medal of Honor recipient. The paved parking lot also has electric vehicle charging stations.

 

Jean Roberts Park

A quaint walking park located on the Susquehanna River, beside the Amtrak train bridge. This park hosts interactive walking trails as part of the Havre de Grace Living Shoreline project.
