Arts By The Bay- Make & Take at First Friday
Come enjoy First Friday festivities in Havre de Grace and stop by Arts by the Bay to get creative! Learn how to construct your own beautiful paper dahlia with Jean Priebe and make a special oyster shell ring dish with Barbara Medici! $10 per person, per workshop.
