Graw Alley Artist Park Celebrates Grand Opening in Havre de Grace
October 21, 2023 — Harmer’s Town Art Center celebrates a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, Public Art Unveiling, Youth Art Gallery Installation and Community Block Party with live music and entertainers, art demonstrations, food vendors, and other surprises.
