A special class to celebrate our third year! Your booking enters you into a raffle where everyone is a winner!
Recharge & refresh at Battery Island Brewing Company! All abilities are welcome as modifications are offered throughout. A beverage of your choice will be included & provided after the class.
LIMITED CAPACITY: Tickets are $20 and should be purchased before the event.
TO BRING: Water, comfortable loose clothing & an exercise mat. Blankets & props (strap, block, etc) are optional but not required. If you need to borrow any equipment, please get in touch before the day and we will be happy to supply some.
