Join the Havre de Grace Youth Commission and Partnership Sponsor The Immanuel Quickley Foundation for the Annual Refuel for School Youth Festival. Enjoy free inflatables, face painting, games and more. Free book bags filled with school supplies will be handed out while supplies last. Visit the community partner tables for additional resources for back to school and giveaways.
