“ICE ROYALTY 2024” Parade & Contest

Part of the Havre de Grace Ice Festival, and hosted by beautiful sisters Elsa & Anna, the Ice Royalty Parade kicks off the festivities Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM following the “Elsa & Friends LIVE” performance. Children 13 and under dress as their favorite fairytale or fantasy prince or princess and join the parade at The STAR Centre. As they cross the stage in our 900 seat theatre, the Ice Festival’s distinguished judges will choose one lucky child to be crowned “Ice Royalty 2024.” They will be invited to appear at several 2024 Havre de Grace events and parades during the upcoming year as the official Ice Festival representative. Each contestant receives a thank you gift for participating. Winner receives the official ICE crown, trophy, and a multiple prize gift package.
