Holly Jolly Days Raffle
The City of Havre de Grace is hosting TWO separate raffles with our Downtown Merchants, one on Friday, December 8 from 6-8 p.m. and one on Saturday, December 16 from 5-7 p.m. during the our Holly Jolly Days. Anyone who spends $20 or more per participating businesses will receive one raffle ticket from that shop or restaurant. Shoppers will only receive one ticket per store, but they can receive multiple tickets if they spend over $20 at more than one location. Winners will…
