The parade will progress down Union Avenue starting at 2:00 p.m. There will be concerts at Hutchins Park and Concord Point Park starting at 5:00 p.m. Go to the website for more information.
Fireworks will cap off the night over the Susquehanna River starting at about 9:30 p.m.
