The Havre de Grace Arts Collective and Steppingstone Farm Museum are pleased to announce the 1st Annual Susquehanna Quick Draw Plein Air Painting Competition! This new tradition will take place over the course of this year's Rowdy Rooster Festival & Disc Golf Tournament at Steppingstone and will feature (3) options for participants: PROFESSIONAL TRACK $25 entry fee; $1,000 Grand Prize 70/30 split on any art created/sold during the event (70% to artist) AMATEUR TRACK $15 entry fee; $500 Grand Prize…
