HAVEN HdG is a harbor for healing and creativity. We offer a wide variety of services and classes to nourish the mind, body and soul. Our services include massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, reiki, color therapy, chakra balancing, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), energetic facials, nutrition consults, herbal medicine consults, and past life regressions.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Evening and weekend appointments can also be scheduled.
Yoga and movement classes are in the evenings and on the weekends.
