Annual Halloween Costume Contest & Trick or Treating

The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee has the best Costume Contest in the County! (Formerly Costume Parade)

Register at the stage anytime between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and then Trick o’ Treat the Downtown Businesses.
(Stage will be located on Washington Street at Congress Ave)

The winners will be announced and brought up on stage that evening at 7:30 PM.

(This does not replace traditional Trick o’ Treating on October 31st)
