Ride the "Tide" Trolley for the Public Art Trolley Tour on Thursday, September 14 at either 11 a.m. or 6 p.m. During this one hour plus tour, a guide will share information about the City's public art sites, as well as plans for future art installations. This event is free, but space is very limited. Registration is required by emailing laurio@havredegracemd.com or calling the Visitors Center at 410-939-2100.

Annual Halloween Costume Contest & Trick or Treating
The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee has the best Costume Contest in the County! (Formerly Costume Parade) Register at the stage anytime between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and then Trick o’ Treat the Downtown Businesses. (Stage will be located on Washington Street at Congress Ave) The winners will be announced and brought up on stage that evening at 7:30 PM. (This does not replace traditional Trick o’ Treating on October 31st)
